1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and IC7 Game ("IC7", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your use of the website at myic7.click, the IC7 Game Android application, and every game, feature and service available inside it.

You accept these Terms by doing any of the following: downloading the IC7 APK, installing the app, registering an IC7 account, or continuing to use this website. There is no separate box to tick, because the act of using the platform is the acceptance. If you do not accept these Terms, do not download the app and do not use the site.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the same agreement and explains how we handle your personal information. Where the two documents overlap, they are intended to be consistent; if they are not, tell us and we will fix it.

You are agreeing to these Terms on your own behalf, as an individual, for your own personal entertainment. You may not accept them on behalf of anyone else, and you may not use IC7 on behalf of another person or an organisation.

2. Eligibility

IC7 Game is not open to everyone, and the restrictions below are not decorative. They are conditions of use, and we enforce them.

By registering an IC7 account, you confirm that all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland or Sikkim.
• You are not accessing IC7 from a jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful for you.
• You are registering for yourself, using your own mobile number, and not on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had an IC7 account terminated by us for a breach of these Terms.

If any of those statements is untrue, you are not eligible to use IC7, and any account you open is liable to be closed. It remains your responsibility to know the legal position where you live. State law on online gaming in India differs from state to state and changes over time; we maintain the list above, but you should not treat it as legal advice about your own situation.

3. Skill-Game & No-Real-Money Clause

This is the most important section on this page. Please read it properly, because it defines exactly what IC7 Game is and — just as importantly — what it is not.

IC7 Game is a free-to-play, skill-based gaming platform intended for entertainment purposes. The titles in the catalogue reward decision-making, timing, pattern recognition and practice. The app is free to download, free to play, and contains no advertising.

Virtual rewards, bonus credits and in-app currency have no real-world monetary value unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms. They are numbers inside a game. They exist so that you can access and progress through the catalogue. They are not a currency, they are not a deposit, they are not an asset, and they are not redeemable.

Nothing on this platform constitutes a real-money service. IC7 is not a gambling service, and we say that as a plain statement of fact rather than as a disclaimer. The ₹ symbol appears next to in-app bonus rewards purely as a familiar unit of scale — it is the way the reward is displayed, not a promise of anything payable.

The ₹10,000 welcome offer is an in-app bonus reward, not a cash prize. It is not withdrawable as cash. It cannot be transferred to another player, exchanged for money or goods, converted into any other form of value, or claimed on account closure. It exists to let a new player work through the catalogue and find the games they enjoy, and that is the entirety of its purpose.

If you came to IC7 expecting a real-money service, this is the point at which to close the page. We would rather tell you plainly now than have you discover it later and feel misled. IC7 is entertainment. It is a way to spend twenty minutes, not a way to earn.

4. Your IC7 Account

Your IC7 account is registered against a mobile number, verified by a one-time password. There is no email registration and no social login. That number is your identity on the platform.

• One account per person. You may hold one IC7 account and no more. Registering multiple accounts — using additional numbers, another person's number, or a virtual number service — is a breach of these Terms and is the most common reason accounts are closed. Multiple accounts are usually opened to claim the welcome bonus more than once; we detect it, and it does not work.
• You are responsible for your device and your login. Keep your phone locked. Never share your OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from IC7 support — we will never ask you for it. Activity carried out through your account is treated as yours.
• No sharing, no selling, no transferring. Your account is personal to you. It may not be shared with, sold to, gifted to, rented to or otherwise transferred to any other person. An account offered for sale is an account we will close.
• Accurate information. The details you give us — principally your mobile number — must be accurate and yours. If your number changes, contact support so we can help you keep access to your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, tell us immediately on Telegram at @ravihere0. We can lock an account quickly, and speed matters more than certainty here — report it even if you are not sure.

5. The Welcome Bonus & In-App Rewards

New IC7 players are credited with up to ₹10,000 in in-app bonus rewards. Here is exactly how it works, with nothing left implied.

• It is credited automatically on your first IC7 login. There is no code to enter, no form to fill, and nothing to claim manually. If you have registered and verified your number, you have it.
• It is released across your first seven days, rather than arriving as a single lump. The intent is to give you a reason to come back and try different rooms in the app, not to hand you a balance you burn through in one sitting.
• No purchase is required. The bonus is not conditional on spending anything. IC7 is free to play.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash. Bonus credits carry no real-world monetary value, are not withdrawable, are not transferable between accounts, and are forfeited if your account is closed. See Section 3, which governs.
• It is usable across the catalogue, including the Live Arena, subject to any per-title rules shown inside the app.
• One bonus per person, per account, per device. Attempting to claim it repeatedly through duplicate accounts is grounds for termination under Section 13.

We may vary, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer, including the welcome bonus, at any time and for any reason. Where we do, we will honour bonus rewards already credited to existing accounts — changing an offer for new players does not claw back what current players already hold. We may also withhold or reverse rewards that were obtained through a breach of these Terms, including through duplicate accounts, exploits, or automation.

6. Acceptable Use

IC7 works because most people play it straight. The rules below protect that, and we enforce them without much patience.

You must not:

• Cheat, or attempt to cheat, in any form. This includes exploiting bugs rather than reporting them, manipulating game state, colluding with other players at shared tables, or interfering with the fairness of a game for anyone else.
• Use bots, scripts, macros or automation of any kind. IC7 is meant to be played by a person. Any tool that plays for you, farms rewards for you, or automates in-app actions is prohibited outright.
• Use a modified client. Any build calling itself an "IC7 mod APK", "IC7 unlimited", "IC7 hack" or similar is not ours, is not authorised, and using one is grounds for immediate and permanent termination. It is also, separately, a genuinely bad idea for the security of your phone.
• Harass anyone. Not other players at a table or in the fishing arenas, not members of the Telegram community, and not our support staff. Abuse, threats, hate speech and sexual harassment all result in account closure, and we do not issue warnings for the serious ones.
• Reverse-engineer the app. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, tamper with, or attempt to extract the source code, assets or protocols of the IC7 application, except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
• Attack the platform. No attempts to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to another player's account, no probing or scanning, no denial-of-service, and no circumventing security or rate limits.
• Misrepresent yourself. Do not impersonate IC7 staff, another player, or anyone else, and do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

If you find a bug that gives you an unfair advantage, report it to @ravihere0. Reporting a bug is always the right move; farming it never is.

7. Software Licence & the IC7 APK

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to install and use the IC7 Game application on a device you own or control, for your own personal entertainment.

That is the whole of the licence. It does not include the right to copy, distribute, modify, rent, lease, sell, sublicense or create derivative works from the app, or to use it commercially. We may revoke it if you breach these Terms.

Only download the IC7 APK from myic7.click or from a link posted in our official Telegram community. IC7 is distributed as a direct Android APK rather than through the Play Store, which is standard for skill-gaming apps in India. The build served from this site is signed, unmodified, contains no advertising SDK, and requests only the Android permissions it genuinely needs.

We take no responsibility whatsoever for builds obtained anywhere else. Third-party APK mirrors, "modded" clients and repackaged files are not ours. We cannot tell you what is inside them, we do not support them, we will not troubleshoot them, and installing one may compromise your device and your account. If you are having problems with IC7 and you did not get the file from us, the first step is always to uninstall it and download the real one.

8. Intellectual Property

The IC7 name, the IC7 logo, the app, the website, and all of the text, layouts, graphics, interfaces, code and other material we produce are owned by IC7 Game or licensed to us, and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. Using the app does not give you any right in our brand or our software beyond the narrow licence in Section 7. You may not use the IC7 name or logo to represent yourself as us, to imply an endorsement we have not given, or in a way likely to confuse anyone about who they are dealing with.

Individual game titles inside the app remain the intellectual property of the studios that made them, and are made available to you under our arrangements with those studios.

If you believe something on IC7 infringes your intellectual property, contact us at @ravihere0 or through our contact page with enough detail to identify the material and your rights in it. We will look into it properly.

9. Third-Party Content & Links

IC7 brings together content and services that are not all ours, and we would rather name them than leave you guessing.

• Game titles from third-party studios. A substantial part of the catalogue is developed by external studios. Those games run under their own design decisions and their own rules, which are shown inside each title. We integrate them; we do not build all of them.
• Telegram. Our support handle (@ravihere0) and our player community (@yn_games) run on Telegram, which is an independent service with its own terms and its own privacy policy. We do not control it. Treat the community group as a public space: never post your mobile number, your OTP, or a screenshot showing either.
• The download link. Download buttons on this site point to https://urlr.io/ic7, a redirect link that may record that a click occurred and may attribute that click to this site. Our Privacy Policy explains this in more detail.
• Other outbound links. Once you leave myic7.click, these Terms stop applying and the destination's own terms take over. We are not responsible for content or practices on sites we do not run.

10. Disclaimers & "As-Is" Provision

IC7 Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, conditions and representations of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

In plain terms, and without pretending otherwise:

• We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, or that it will never crash. It runs on hundreds of different Android devices and networks, and sometimes it will fail on yours.
• We do not guarantee that every bug will be fixed, or fixed quickly, though we do read every crash report and we do act on them.
• We do not guarantee that any particular game, feature or promotional offer will remain available. The catalogue changes.
• We do not guarantee any particular outcome, score or result from playing. Skill improves your play; it does not entitle you to a result.
• We do not guarantee that the service will meet your expectations, only that we will try to make it good.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under Indian law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IC7 Game, its operators, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the website or the IC7 app.

We are also not liable for: loss of in-app bonus credits or virtual rewards, which have no real-world monetary value in any case; problems caused by a modified or third-party build of the app; problems caused by your device, your network, or your own failure to keep your account secure; the acts or omissions of third parties, including Telegram and third-party game studios; or events outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand rupees). This limit reflects a simple reality: IC7 is free to use, you pay us nothing, and the rewards inside the app have no monetary value.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IC7 Game, its operators, employees and partners from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and reasonable legal expenses arising out of or connected with:

• your breach of these Terms or of our Privacy Policy;
• your use of the platform in a way these Terms do not permit, including cheating, automation or the use of a modified client;
• your violation of any applicable law, or of the rights of any third party;
• your use of the platform while ineligible under Section 2 — that is, while under 18, or while resident in one of the six restricted states.

We will tell you promptly about any claim to which this section applies, and we will not settle it in a way that imposes an obligation on you without asking you first.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 By you

You can stop using IC7 at any time. Uninstalling the app ends your use of it; to close your account and have your data deleted, message @ravihere0 on Telegram or use our contact page. Section 8 of the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data afterwards. Any unused in-app bonus credits are forfeited on closure — they have no monetary value and cannot be paid out.

13.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, on any of the following grounds:

• You are under 18, or are resident in one of the six restricted states listed in Section 2.
• You hold more than one IC7 account.
• You have used bots, scripts, automation, exploits or a modified client.
• You have colluded with other players, or interfered with the fairness of a game.
• You have harassed another player or a member of our support team.
• You have attempted to reverse-engineer, tamper with or attack the app or our systems.
• You have used the platform for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.

Where the breach is minor and looks accidental, we will normally warn you first. Where it is serious — automation, a modified client, harassment, fraud — we will not. On termination, your licence under Section 7 ends immediately, your access is withdrawn, and any remaining in-app rewards are forfeited.

If you believe your account has been closed in error, appeal to @ravihere0. We do make mistakes, we will look again, and we will reinstate an account if we got it wrong.

14. Responsible Gaming

This is not boilerplate and we do not want it read as boilerplate. IC7 is designed by people who understand exactly which mechanics make a game hard to put down — the instant-play formats in particular are engineered to be compelling, which is why they work. Saying that plainly is more honest than pretending otherwise, and it is why the app ships with a session timer and a round counter turned on by default.

Our commitments, restated here so they carry the weight of the Terms:

• IC7 is 18+ only, and we enforce it.
• The app includes a session timer and a round counter, on by default, in the settings menu.
• The app contains no advertising, and no rewarded-video loops designed to pull you back in.
• In-app rewards have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We will close your account promptly and permanently if you ask us to. We will not talk you out of it, and we will not send you a "we miss you" message afterwards.

What we ask of you:

• Decide how long you are playing before you open the app. The decision is much harder from inside it.
• Never play to recover a session that went badly. That is the single most reliable way a short session becomes a long one.
• Take real breaks — days, not pauses between rounds. If you cannot comfortably go a week without opening the app, that is worth being honest with yourself about.

Gaming is entertainment. It is not a source of income, and it never will be. If you are opening IC7 hoping it will solve a financial problem, it will not, and the app is the wrong place for you to be. Please close it.

If gaming has started to cost you time, money, sleep or relationships you were not willing to spend — whether that is you, or someone close to you — the NIMHANS helpline is a free and confidential resource run by the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, and it covers behavioural addiction including gaming. It is available in multiple Indian languages.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of IC7 Game, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You and IC7 agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India in respect of any such dispute or claim.

Before starting any formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us first and give us a fair chance to resolve the matter. Most complaints we receive are resolved in a Telegram conversation within a day, and that is better for everyone.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be severed and the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision at a given moment is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time — because the app changes, because the law changes, or because we find a clearer way to say something. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If a change is material — if it meaningfully alters your rights, the eligibility rules, the nature of in-app rewards, or the grounds on which we may close an account — we will not rely on you noticing a changed date. We will announce it in the IC7 Telegram community and, where the change affects your account directly, surface a notice inside the app.

Continuing to use the website or the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the platform and close your account under Section 13.1.
