Contact IC7 Game

There are three real ways to reach us, and they are not equally fast — so here is the honest version before you pick one. Telegram is the quickest route to a human by a very wide margin. Message our support handle and you will usually have a reply within minutes, at any hour, including the middle of the night. The form further down this page works too, and every message sent through it is read by a person, but it is slower: expect one to two business days rather than one to two minutes. If something is stopping you from playing right now — an IC7 login that will not go through, an install that failed, a game that will not open — go to Telegram. If you have a longer question, a partnership proposal, a bug worth describing properly, or a privacy request, the form is the better tool for the job.

Three routes, three speeds

Choose Your Channel

We would rather tell you which door to knock on than have you wait behind the wrong one. Each of these channels is real, staffed and monitored — they simply suit different kinds of question.

Telegram Support

@ravihere0 — typically minutes, 24/7. This is the fastest way to reach IC7 game support and it is where our team actually lives. It is the right channel for anything urgent or account-shaped: an IC7 login that keeps failing, an OTP that never arrived, an IC7 APK that will not install, a game stuck on a loading screen, or bonus rewards that have not appeared where you expected them.

You are talking to a person, not a bot, and you can send screenshots straight into the chat — which usually cuts the whole conversation down to a single exchange.

Telegram Community

@yn_games — varies, community-answered. Our open group is where update notices land first. New IC7 app versions, new titles added to the catalogue, maintenance windows and news about what is coming next are all announced here before they are announced anywhere else.

It is also, quite often, the fastest place to get a practical answer to a practical question — because a few thousand players who have already hit the exact problem you are hitting are in there. Ask about a phone model, a network quirk or how a game actually plays, and someone will have been there first.

This Contact Form

One to two business days. The form below is the right choice when your message needs room to breathe. Partnership proposals, press and media enquiries, a bug you want to describe properly with steps to reproduce, considered feedback on a game, or a formal privacy and data request under our Privacy Policy.

We will say it plainly: it is slower than Telegram, and it always will be. If your question is urgent, do not sit waiting on the form — send the same message to @ravihere0 and get on with your evening.

Write to the IC7 Team

Fill this in and a person will read it. Be as specific as you can — the detail you put in here is the difference between one reply that solves it and four replies that slowly get there.

Save yourself the wait

Before You Write

A large share of the messages we receive have an answer already written down somewhere on this site — and reading it takes less time than waiting for us to reply. If your question is one of these five, you can be back in the app in about a minute.

  • "App not installed" error on the IC7 APK

Almost always a leftover copy of an older build, or the install-from-this-source toggle still switched off. The step-by-step install guide walks through both fixes with screenshots.

  • Running the IC7 old app and the IC7 login fails

Old builds will not connect to the current servers. Install the IC7 latest APK straight over the top — no uninstall needed. Your account, history and bonus rewards carry over.

  • Cannot find a particular game

There are 106 titles and the lobby reshuffles as new ones land. Use the search box on the full games list — it filters all 106 as you type, across every category.

  • A question about the ₹10,000 in in-app bonus rewards

How it is credited, when each part unlocks, and precisely what it can be used for is all covered in the FAQ. Short version: it lands automatically on your first IC7 login, no code to enter.

  • A privacy or data request

What we collect, how long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion is set out in the Privacy Policy. Requests are answered within 30 days.

Still stuck after all that? Then it is a real one, and we want to hear about it. Use the form, or message @ravihere0 on Telegram for a much faster answer.

Help us help you

What to Include in Your Message

Support is a conversation, and the length of that conversation is decided almost entirely by your first message. A message that says "app not working" costs us three replies just to find out what is actually broken. A message with the five things below in it can usually be answered — properly, with the fix — the first time we open it. Here is exactly what to send.

Your registered mobile number — and never your OTP

The mobile number you used to create your IC7 login is how we find your account. Without it, we are guessing. Send it, and we can look at the account and tell you what is going on.

Now the part that matters more than anything else on this page: do not send us your OTP. Do not send your password either. IC7 support will never ask you for either one, because we do not need them and never will. If you are ever asked for an OTP by someone claiming to be from IC7, you are not talking to IC7. Close the chat and tell us who it was.

Your phone model and Android version

"It crashes" behaves very differently on a Redmi 9A running Android 10 than it does on a Galaxy M34 running Android 14. Most of the genuinely tricky bugs we fix turn out to be specific to a device family or an OS version, and knowing yours immediately narrows the search. You will find both in your phone's Settings, under About phone.

The IC7 app version you are running

Open the IC7 app, go to Settings, then About. The version number is listed there. This is the single most useful line you can put in a support message, because a surprising number of reported problems are simply an old build meeting a current server — and in that case the fix is the update, and you have it in under two minutes rather than two days.

What you were doing when it went wrong

Not just what broke, but what you were doing when it broke. Which screen were you on? Which game? Were you mid-round or in the lobby? Had you just opened the app, or had it been running for an hour? Were you on mobile data or Wi-Fi? Did it happen once, or does it happen every single time you repeat the same steps? "Every time I tap Teen Patti Gold from the lobby, the screen goes black and the app closes" is a report we can act on within the hour. "Game not opening" is not.

A screenshot, if you have one

An error message photographed or screenshotted is worth several paragraphs of description, and error codes in particular tell us more or less instantly where to look. Telegram makes this easy — you can drop a screenshot straight into the chat. If you are using the form on this page instead, describe the message as exactly as you can, including any code or number shown on screen, and we will ask for the image if we need it.

One last thing, and we mean it kindly: tell us if you are frustrated. It is useful context, it is entirely understandable, and it will not change how we treat you. What we care about is getting you back into the app.

Security notice — read this once and remember it. IC7 Game support will never ask you for your OTP, never ask for your password, and never ask you to make a payment to "unlock", "restore", "verify" or "upgrade" anything. There is nothing on IC7 that works that way. Our only official channels are t.me/ravihere0 and t.me/yn_games. Anyone who contacts you from any other handle, group or number claiming to be IC7 Game — however convincing the logo, the display name or the urgency — is not us. Do not share anything with them, do not pay them, and please report the account to us on Telegram so we can warn the rest of the community.

No guesswork

Response Times

These are the numbers we actually work to, not the numbers that would look best on a page. They are honest averages rather than guarantees — a Telegram message at 4am on a festival weekend may take a little longer than one on a Tuesday afternoon — but they are close enough that you can plan around them.

Channel Typical response Best used for
Telegram support — @ravihere0 Minutes, 24/7 Anything urgent: IC7 login failures, install and IC7 APK problems, account access, a game that will not load
Telegram community — @yn_games Varies — community-answered Update announcements, news about new IC7 games, device tips and help from players who have hit the same thing
Contact form on this page 1–2 business days Longer or non-urgent enquiries, detailed bug reports, feedback, partnerships and press
Privacy & data requests Up to 30 days Access, correction or deletion requests, handled in line with our Privacy Policy

A note on the last row. Thirty days is the outer limit set by our Privacy Policy, not a target we aim for — most data requests are completed a great deal sooner than that. The window exists because verifying that a request genuinely comes from the account holder is a step we will not skip. It is the same protection that stops somebody else asking for your data.
