IC7 Game Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain English, exactly what information the IC7 Game website and the IC7 Android app collect from you, why we collect it, who else can see it, how long we keep it, and how you can have it corrected or deleted. It is written to be read, not skimmed past — if anything here is unclear, message us on Telegram and we will explain it properly.

1. Introduction & Scope

IC7 Game ("IC7", "we", "us" or "our") operates the website at myic7.click and publishes the IC7 Game Android application, a free-to-play, skill-based gaming app built for players in India. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information across both of those products, and it applies to you whether you are simply browsing this website, downloading the IC7 APK, playing inside the app, or contacting our support team on Telegram.

We have tried to write this document the way we would explain it to a friend. Privacy policies have a reputation for being long, defensive and deliberately vague. This one is long because the subject deserves detail, but it is not vague: wherever we can tell you exactly what we collect and exactly what we do with it, we have.

Two things are worth stating up front, because they shape everything else in this policy. First, IC7 Game is an 18+ platform — we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of eighteen. Second, IC7 is a free-to-play skill gaming platform intended for entertainment; in-app rewards and bonus credits carry no real-world monetary value unless expressly stated otherwise in our Terms & Conditions. Because we are not a financial service, we do not need — and do not ask for — the categories of sensitive data that a financial service would need.

By using the myic7.click website or the IC7 Game app, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, the right response is simply not to use the platform, and to close your account if you already have one. Section 10 explains exactly how to do that.

2. Information We Collect

We collect three broad categories of information, and it is worth understanding all three separately: information you actively give us, information collected automatically as the app and website run, and — just as importantly — the information we deliberately do not collect at all.

2.1 Information you give us

This is the information you knowingly hand over, almost all of it at the point of registration or when you ask us for help.

  • Your mobile number. The IC7 app uses a mobile number as your login identifier. There is no email registration and no social login. Your number is how we identify your account, restore it if you change phone, and credit rewards to the correct player.
  • OTP verification data. To confirm the number belongs to you, we send a one-time password by SMS and record whether and when it was successfully entered. We store the verification result, not the OTP itself once it has expired.
  • Your display name. An optional in-app name shown to other players at shared tables and in the fishing arenas. You choose it, you can change it, and you are under no obligation to use your real name — most players do not.
  • Support messages. If you contact us on Telegram at @ravihere0 or through our contact page, we keep the content of that conversation so we can follow up, resolve your issue, and refer back to it if you write again. This includes any screenshots or details you voluntarily send us.

2.2 Information collected automatically

Some information is generated simply by the app or the website running on your device. We collect the minimum set that lets us keep the platform working on the very wide range of Android hardware used across India.

  • Device model and manufacturer. So we know which handsets our players actually use and can optimise for them. A large share of our players are on entry-level devices, and this is how we make sure the app stays playable there.
  • Android version and IC7 app version. Used to serve the correct build, to prompt updates, and to reproduce bugs that only appear on particular OS versions.
  • IP address. Recorded when your device connects to our servers. It is used for security, abuse prevention, and coarse regional signals — it is not used to pinpoint your physical location.
  • Crash logs and diagnostic data. When the app crashes, it records what it was doing at the moment it failed — the screen, the game, the memory state. This is the single most useful data we collect, because it is what turns "the app froze" into a fix.
  • In-app activity and session length. Which titles you open, how long a session lasts, and how bonus credits are used. This drives the catalogue, the in-app session timer, and our responsible gaming tooling.

2.3 Information we do not collect

This section matters as much as the two above it. The IC7 APK does not request the following Android permissions at all — not "requests them but does not use them", but does not declare them:

  • Your contacts. The app cannot read your address book. It never asks to.
  • Your SMS messages. OTP entry is manual. We do not auto-read your inbox, and we cannot see any other message on your phone.
  • Your camera or microphone. Neither is used anywhere in the app, including in the Live Arena, where the stream travels one way only — from the studio to you.
  • Your precise location. The app does not use GPS and does not request fine or coarse location permissions.

If you install a file calling itself an "IC7 mod APK" or an "IC7 hack" from a third-party mirror and it asks for any of these permissions, that build is not ours. Please uninstall it. Download IC7 only from this website or from a link posted in our official Telegram community.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for a short, specific list of purposes. We do not use it to build advertising profiles — the IC7 app contains no advertising SDK at all — and we do not use it for purposes you would be surprised by. The table below maps each category of data to the reason we hold it and the basis on which we do so.

How IC7 Game uses each category of personal data
Data Purpose Basis
Mobile number, OTP result Authenticate your IC7 login and restore your account if you change device Necessary to provide the service you asked for
Account identifier, in-app activity Deliver and credit in-app bonus rewards, including the welcome bonus Necessary to perform our Terms with you
Crash logs, device model, Android version Fix crashes and optimise the app for low-end and older Android devices Our legitimate interest in a working product
Support messages, display name Answer your questions and resolve account issues Your consent, given when you contact us
IP address, device fingerprint, session data Detect fraudulent, duplicate or automated accounts and protect other players Our legitimate interest in platform integrity
Session length, play frequency Power the in-app session timer and responsible gaming prompts Our legitimate interest in player wellbeing
Any of the above Comply with applicable Indian law and respond to lawful requests Legal obligation

We will not use your information for a materially different purpose without telling you first. If that ever changes, Section 12 explains how we will notify you.

4. Cookies & Similar Technologies

The myic7.click website uses a small number of cookies and similar browser technologies. There are two kinds:

  • Essential cookies. These make the site function — remembering that you have dismissed a notice, keeping your place if you navigate away, and similar basic housekeeping. They do not track you across other websites.
  • Basic analytics. Aggregate, non-identifying counts of which pages are visited, which games people look at, and roughly how long they stay. We use this to decide what to write next and what to fix. It is not tied to your IC7 account and it does not follow you off this site.

You can disable cookies entirely in your browser. In Chrome on Android, that is Settings → Site settings → Cookies. In most desktop browsers it sits under Settings → Privacy. If you block them, the website will still work; you may simply see the odd notice more than once. We do not consider that a meaningful loss and we will not nag you about it.

The IC7 Android app itself does not use browser cookies. It is a native application, not a wrapped web page, so the entire category does not apply inside the app.

5. Third-Party Links & Services

We would rather be transparent about this than quietly bury it, because two third parties are genuinely involved in how you reach and use IC7.

5.1 Telegram

Both our support handle (@ravihere0) and our player community (@yn_games) run on Telegram. Telegram is a separate company with its own privacy policy and its own data practices, and we do not control them. When you message us there, Telegram can see that the conversation happened, and your Telegram username and profile are visible to us and, in the group, to other members.

In practical terms: treat the Telegram community as a public space, because it is one. Do not post your mobile number, your OTP, or a screenshot showing them. Our support staff will never ask you for an OTP — anyone who does is not us. If you would prefer not to use Telegram at all, our contact page is an alternative route to the same team.

5.2 The download link

Every Download button on this website points to https://urlr.io/ic7, which is a redirect link rather than a direct file. Being straightforward about what that means: the redirect service may record that a click occurred, along with the standard technical information any web request carries — an IP address, a browser user-agent, a timestamp, and the page you clicked from. It is an affiliate-style link, and clicks through it may be attributed to this website.

The redirect service does not receive your IC7 account details, because at the moment you click you do not have any — the click happens before you have registered. But we would rather you knew the link is instrumented than found out later, so: it is.

5.3 Other outbound links

The site links to third-party resources, including the NIMHANS helpline. Once you follow any link away from myic7.click, this policy stops applying and the destination's own policy takes over. We are not responsible for the content or the data practices of sites we do not run.

6. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. There is no version of this policy in which your mobile number becomes someone else's marketing list.

Your information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Infrastructure and hosting providers. The servers that run IC7, deliver the app, send OTP messages and store crash logs are operated by specialist providers. They process data strictly on our instructions, under contract, and only to the extent needed to keep the service running.
  • Game studios whose titles appear in the app. Where a title is developed by a third-party studio, limited technical data may pass to that studio so the game can run and your in-app reward balance stays correct. They receive what the game needs, not your account history.
  • Where the law requires it. We will disclose information if we are required to do so by a valid legal process, a court order, or a lawful request from a competent Indian authority. We will not hand over more than we are required to.
  • To protect the platform and its players. We may share information where it is necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, automated play, or a credible threat to someone's safety.
  • In a business transfer. If IC7 is ever acquired or merged, your data would form part of the transferred assets. You would be told before that happened, and this policy would continue to apply until you were given notice of a new one.

7. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously, and we take it seriously in the specific, boring ways that actually matter rather than the impressive-sounding ways that do not.

  • Encryption in transit. All traffic between your device and our servers travels over HTTPS/TLS. The website is served over HTTPS end to end.
  • Access controls. Access to player data inside our team is restricted to the people whose job genuinely requires it, and access is logged. A support agent can see what they need to resolve your ticket, and not the whole database.
  • Signed builds. The IC7 APK served from this site is cryptographically signed. An unsigned or re-signed build is not ours, and we cannot vouch for what is inside it.
  • Minimisation. The most reliable way to protect a piece of data is not to hold it. That is why Section 2.3 is as long as it is.

Now the honest part: no system connected to the internet is perfectly secure, and any company that tells you otherwise is selling something. We work hard to protect your information, but we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we will not pretend we can. What we can promise is that if we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you and the relevant authorities without unnecessary delay, and we will tell you what actually happened.

You have a part in this too. Keep your phone locked. Never share your OTP with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from IC7 support. Do not share your account, and do not install IC7 builds from sources other than this site or our official Telegram.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as there is a reason to keep it. In practice:

  • Account data (mobile number, display name, reward balance) is retained for as long as your account is active.
  • Crash logs and diagnostic data are retained for up to twelve months and then deleted. After a year, a crash report on a build nobody runs any more has no value to anyone.
  • Support conversations are retained for up to twenty-four months, so that if you come back with a related issue we are not asking you to explain it from scratch.
  • Records we are legally required to keep are retained for the period the relevant law specifies, and no longer.

When you close your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise your personal data within ninety days. A short holding window exists because account closures are occasionally requested in error or under pressure, and because we may need to complete an ongoing fraud or abuse investigation. Any unused in-app bonus credits are forfeited on closure — they carry no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or paid out. After the deletion window passes, we cannot restore your account, and you would need to register again as a new player.

9. Children's Privacy

IC7 Game is an 18+ platform. It is not designed for children, it is not marketed to children, and it is not appropriate for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen.

By registering an IC7 account, you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old. If we learn that we hold data belonging to a person under eighteen, we will delete that data and close the associated account promptly, without waiting to be asked twice.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor in your care has registered an IC7 account, please contact us on Telegram at @ravihere0 or through our contact page. Tell us the mobile number used to register and we will act on it. You do not need to prove anything elaborate or fill in a form; we would far rather act on a report that turns out to be mistaken than leave a real one sitting unresolved.

10. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

You have real, exercisable rights over the information we hold about you. They are worth stating plainly:

  • Access. You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and we will tell you.
  • Correction. If something we hold is wrong — a display name, a mis-recorded number — you can ask us to fix it.
  • Deletion. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data. See Section 8 for what happens next.
  • Withdrawal of consent. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened lawfully, but it stops it going forward.
  • Objection. You can object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest, and we will either stop or explain, specifically, why we believe we may continue.
  • Complaint. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to us directly and, if we do not resolve it, to the relevant Indian data protection authority.

How to make a request

There are exactly two routes, and both reach the same team:

  1. Message us on Telegram at @ravihere0. This is the fastest route and it is staffed around the clock. Tell us the mobile number registered to the account and what you want done.
  2. Use the form on our contact page, which goes to the same inbox.

We aim to acknowledge every request within seventy-two hours and to complete it within thirty days. If a request is unusually complex and will take longer, we will tell you that, rather than letting it go quiet. We may need to verify that you control the mobile number in question before we act — this is a protection for you, not an obstacle, since otherwise anyone could ask us to delete your account.

11. International Users & Restricted States

IC7 Game is built for, aimed at, and operated for players in India. The website and the app are served from infrastructure that may be located in or outside India, and by using the platform you understand that your data may be processed in another country under contractual protections we put in place with our providers.

More importantly: IC7 Game is not intended for, offered to, or available to residents of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Nagaland or Sikkim. If you are a resident of any of those states, please do not download the app, do not register an account, and do not use this website's download links. This restriction exists because of the differing state-level legal positions on online gaming in India, and we take it seriously.

If you are accessing IC7 from outside India, be aware that the platform is not designed for your jurisdiction and may not comply with local rules where you are. It is your responsibility to confirm that using IC7 is lawful for you before you do.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — because the app changes, because the law changes, or because we find a clearer way to say something. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If a change is material — if it meaningfully alters what we collect, why we collect it, or who we share it with — we will not rely on you noticing a changed date. We will announce it in the IC7 Telegram community and, where the change affects your account directly, surface a notice inside the app.

Continuing to use the website or the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy. If you do not accept it, you can close your account at any time using the routes in Section 10.

13. Contact Us

If you have a question about this policy, about what we hold, or about anything else on this page, please get in touch. A real person will read it.

  • Telegram support: @ravihere0 — staffed 24/7 and typically the fastest way to reach us.
  • Telegram community: @yn_games — for general questions and announcements. Please do not post account details here; it is a public group.
  • Contact page: myic7.click/contact — reaches the same team if you would rather not use Telegram.

This policy sits alongside our Terms. Your rights and obligations as an IC7 player — eligibility, the welcome bonus, acceptable use and account termination — are set out in the IC7 Terms & Conditions. The two documents are meant to be read together.
